The first-ever HondaJet flight simulator has been installed at the Honda World headquarters in Greensboro, NC. This unique simulator offers a full motion, level D simulation that will work along with a new training program that the company has developed along with FlightSafety International. This new simulator and training program will have the technology to provide a number of scenarios that replicate situations that a pilot would experience while flying one of the HondaJets. This will help to prepare them to more safely handle these aircrafts once they actually have them in the air.

“Pilot training is an important factor for safety, and we are putting significant effort and investment into flight training for all of our customers,” said Honda Aircraft Company President and CEO Michimasa Fujino. “The HondaJet flight simulator will be an invaluable training tool in preparing pilots to operate the world’s most advanced light jet. It is part of a customized training program that will use the latest technologies to create a learning experience that is engaging and real to life.”.

FlightSafety is the world’s leaving aviation training organization and provides over 1 million hours of flight instruction to pilots and other aviation professionals each year.
