It was recently reported by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. that total sales for Honda Division in October reached 105,745 units, a 5.5% increase over sales from October 2013. The increase can be attributed to the steady positive sales of several popular models such as the Fit, Accord and CR-V.
“The new 2015 CR-V is giving renewed momentum to what has already been an incredible year,” said Jeff Conrad, Honda division senior vice president and general manager. “The success of the new Fit is an important step in re-establishing small cars as a pillar in the Honda lineup.”
Additional Highlights:
- Sales of the Accord increased by 7.8% with 27,128 units sold
- Sales of the Fit increased by 83.4% with 6,851 units sold
- Sales of the CR-V increased by 29.7% with 29,257 units sold
