Honda Shows The Power Of Dreams In New Commercial
As a part of the brand’s partnership with Little League Baseball, Honda is helping to bring their “Power of Dreams” slogan to children everywhere. This goal has been showcased in a new commercial released by the brand called “Swing”.
In this new commercial, we see a young boy who is destined to become a major league, player. He is about to step up to bat in his little league uniform as a voiceover says how before the world knew his name, he was just another kid with a dream. Throughout the commercial, we see him in various stages of his career, while ultimately coming back to that one moment at the beginning, where it all started.

Kelley Blue Book (KBB) is looking to assist students returning back to school by releasing their list of the 10 Best Back-to-School Cars of 2015. KBB puts this list together each year in order to inform students looking for a new vehicle who are returning to school later this month find out which models would be most beneficial to them. Honda Introduces Most High Tech Accord Ever
Just recently, Honda introduced one of its most recent technological accomplishments. The latest 2016 Honda Accord was introduced in Silicon Valley and will feature different technology including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it one of the first cars to have this technology.
The car will also feature a new audio touchscreen interface, and Honda Sensing, one of the safest vehicle technology systems available on the market. On top of that, the 2016 Accord will feature heated rear seats, HD radio, front and rear parking sensors, and many other additional features.
“Where else to introduce the most technologically advanced midsize sedan, the 2016 Accord, than in Silicon Valley,” said John Mendel, executive vice president of the Automobile Division, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. “Customers want their vehicles to be more intelligently integrated with their smartphone-powered lives, and we are committed to delivering that experience starting with Accord, retail car buyers’ most popular vehicle the past two years.”
Earlier in the month, Honda celebrated a major accomplishment. The company’s largest automobile engine plant throughout the globe, Honda of America Mfg.’s Anna Engine Plant, celebrated its 30th anniversary of producing engines. Since its opening on July 22nd, 1985, the plants has built over 20.1 million engines.
Since it first started production with 94 workers, the plant has expanded to 2,800 employees who produce V-6 and four-cylinder engines, as well as a variety of parts used for Honda’s transmissions. Over the course of a year, the plant supplies around 1.16 million engines to assembly plants in Ohio, Indiana, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
