Honda Received Double Recognition From KBB
Two different 2015 Brand Image Awards have been presented to Honda by Kelley Blue Book (KBB.com). The brand received the “Best Overall Brand” for the third year in a row and “Best Value Brand” for the fourth year in a row.
These awards are determined by KBB by monitoring the preferences of car shoppers that visit their site in search of new vehicle information each day. The brand/model loyalty and familiarity of these shoppers are monitored through the KBB Market Intelligence Brand Watch Study and the information is then used to determine the winners of the annual Brand Image Awards.
“These awards from KBB.com demonstrate that customers continue to recognize the tremendous quality and value of our products, which are at the heart of the incredible competitive strength of the Honda brand,” said Jeff Conrad, Honda division senior vice president and general manager at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. “We take this recognition from our customers as a mandate to continue building the highest quality, longest lasting vehicles on the road.”

High Mile Makers Recognized by Honda
Long-time car owners know that your vehicle becomes more than just a mode of transportation, it becomes a companion that you develop a type of relationship with. Through years of ownership the two of you travel many miles together and in many cases you can end up seeing the mileage mark on your vehicle’s odometer. Anyone who has traveled an impressive distance with their vehicle knows that feeling of accomplishment you get when you see the mile marker on your odometer change to 100,000, 200,000 and so on.
Honda has chosen to highlight these impressive traveling milestones through their Honda Miler Makers Club. As part of this club you can share your personal mile marker stories along with pictures and enjoy reading through the personal stories of other mile markers. There are also several merchandise items such as t-shirts and screen savers that you can purchase as well.
An impressive production milestone was recently achieved by Honda Aero, Inc. (HAI) when the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) presented the facility with a PART 21 Production Certificate. This certification was presented to HAI for the production of the GE Honda Aero Engines (GHAE) HF120 turbofan engine that was developed to power the all-new HondaJet.
Receiving this certification was an important milestone accomplishment for the HAI as this is the first time in the last 23 years of aviation history that a company has received an FAA certification for the development of a Jet Engine. This now means that HAI now has the ability to begin producing engines under the HAI Production Certificate.
“This is a great achievement for our team of Honda Aero associates and an important milestone in our effort to meet the needs of customers for the HF120 engine,” said HAI President Masahiko Izumi. “Much work has gone into preparing for this certification, and we will continue working to support GE Honda Aero Engines as they prepare for entry into service with the HF120 engine.”
Customer Loyalty is important in the auto industry because it is the repeat customers that will continue to bring in business for generations to come. One such loyalty Honda customer, Harry Adler, is a Motorcycle enthusiast and has purchased nearly every bike that he has ever owned from Honda. Recently Adler was presented with the keys to a 2015 Honda CB300F by the automaker in honor of his years of loyalty. This new gift will now be the 55th Honda Motorcycle that Adler has owned in the years of riding Honda’s. Previous models that he owned included the CBR250R, CRF230M, a VTX1800C and a Helix scooter.
“It’s rare that a company gets the chance to honor an outstanding customer like Harry Adler, who’s shown unsurpassed loyalty,” David W. Paul said. “We’re thrilled to be able to recognize Harry’s longstanding commitment to both the Honda brand and Honda Financial Services. It’s truly a pleasure for us to be able to present Harry with his 55th motorcycle, a new Honda CB300F. We hope his new bike brings him years of riding pleasure and adds to the enjoyment Honda products have already given him over the years. We love having Harry as part of the Honda family.”
Why Buy a CPO Honda

When buying a previously owned vehicle, you want to know it’s safe for you and your family, that there are any hidden past problems and that it has been well kept while with its last owner. That’s exactly what you’ll get when you buy a Certified Pre-Owned Honda.
In order to be called Certified Pre-Owned, a vehicle must pass a multipoint inspection, be no more than six model years old and have fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer. If a Honda is able to meet those requirements it will be considered a Certified Pre-Owned model and come with a list of benefits such as, a 7-year*/100,000 total odometer mile (whichever occurs first) powertrain limited warranty, special financing rates with Honda Financial Services on select models, free vehicle history report and the reconditioning or replacement of any worn parts.
