Five-Star Vehicle Score Presented To 2016 Honda Pilot By NHTSA

A Highest Possible Five Star Safety Rating was presented to the 2016 Honda Pilot by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) during their new car assessment program. Through this program, the NHTSA evaluates all of the available new vehicles on the road, putting them through a series of strategic crash tests and giving them a score. The 2016 Honda Pilot achieved a five-star rating in the side crash test and a four-star rating in the rollover and front crash tests in order to achieve a Five-Star overall score.

The 2016 Honda Pilot comes equipped with a number of standard safety features that include Hill Start Assist, Brake Assist, Anti-Lock Braking System, Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) Body Structure, Electronic Brake Distribution, Daytime Running Lights, Dual-Stage Multiple-Threshold Front Airbags, LATCH System, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®) with Traction Control, Child-Proof Rear Door Locks, Multi-Angle Rearview Camera with Guidelines, Side Curtain Airbags with Rollover Sensor, and SmartVent® Front Side Airbags.
