For the fifth consecutive year Honda has been recognized in the Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Study as the “Best Value Brand”. The 2016 Brand Image Awards*were decided by data collected in the Kelley Blue Book Strategic Insights' Brand Watch study. This study tracks the habits of the more than 12,000 new vehicle shoppers that visit KBB.com each year providing a look into what factors they feel are the most important in making a purchase decision along with brand/model loyalty amongst consumers. The 2016 Kelley Blue Book ‘Best Family Car’ awards* truly were a family affair as the winning vehicle selected in each category was a Honda model. These awards are presented to vehicles based on a composite score calculated by combining quality and value data. Each vehicle is evaluated in terms of expert opinions, reliability, and safety and their value is calculated by combining the average price for the vehicle when the awards are published and its five-year total cost of ownership.
